Great place, in a great location. We are regulars to Miramar Beach and this trip was on par for what we have come to expect. Perfect size for our family of 4, although it would sleep 6 comfortably with the sofa bed. The location felt secure with the gated entry and included everything we needed.

Just returned from my stay at Chris’s place in Miramar Beach. The accommodations were perfect for me, my daughter, and her three friends. Chris was friendly and accommodating the whole time we were there. We received instructions on check-in well in advance along with well wishes for a perfect vacation. It truly was! Thank you!

The place was beautiful! My friends and I really wanted a getaway from school, and this was exactly it. The beach is so close, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was great. This place was exactly what we were looking for. Chris is so friendly and responded to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

Chris was an amazing host. He was veyry attentive and responsive. The condo was clean, and very homey. We enjoyed our stay, and will absolutely use Chris and the space as a host again.

We had an awesome time! Beach access right across the beach was perfect! AC was strong and Chris was great at communicating when we had questions! Large closets in every bedroom. The maintance around the facility was top notch. Everything felt clean and the space was even larger than the photos.

We had a great stay! The place was right across from the beach with lots of restaurants and day activities nearby. The place was super clean and accurate to the description. Chris was very responsive and helpful through our stay.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was amazing very responsive and easy to communicate with. The place looked exactly like the photos and was even better in person. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I really appreciated that he allowed me to extend my stay for another night with no problem at all. Everything about this Airbnb was smooth and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!

Chris’ place was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The photos perfectly matched the place. The location was also PERFECT - only a few steps from the beach. Communication was clear and Chris was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking!!

The information, location, and description in the photos were all accurate. The best part was that the beach was just across the street, so it was really convenient to go back and forth. The only downsides were that the living room sofa was a bit sunken, and the TV in the living room wasn’t a direct IPTV — it required a separate device to access Netflix. I might have been doing something wrong, but I couldn’t get it to connect. The master bedroom TV, however, was an IPTV, so I was able to watch Netflix there. Other than that, everything was great and very satisfying.

Our time at Alerio A102 was perfect in every way. From a beautiful home, to instant beach access and pristine weather—our trip was pure bliss. Chris was so kind and extremely helpful and communicated in a manner that is above par. We are already planning our next trip back to this home.
