🛏️ Bedrooms & 🛁 Bathrooms Three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own brand-new 4K smart TV with Roku and cable — because rainy beach days happen. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a stunning ensuite with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed. 🍳 Kitchen The kitchen is made for real cooking — fully stocked with appliances, cookware, serving dishes, and silverware so you can eat in like you're home. Bar seating for four at the peninsula, plus a dining table that seats six. 🛋️ Living Room & Balcony The living room is spacious and beautifully decorated, with plush seating that carries through the luxury-meets-beach vibe. The sofa pulls out to a full-size bed, bringing total guest capacity to eight. Step out onto the balcony for morning coffee with a peek of the Gulf between the buildings — a little slice of magic to start your day. 💻 Amenities High-speed WiFi, central air and heat, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Everything you need, nothing you don't. 👙 Pool & Complex Inside the gated complex, guests have exclusive access to a heated pool, hot tub, and charcoal grills. A security guard patrols the parking lot — so you can actually relax. 🏖️ The Beach About a 200-yard walk from the building — roughly two minutes, maybe three if you're hauling the cooler. We've stocked the condo with beach umbrellas, chairs, a cooler, and beach bags so you hit the sand ready to go. 🛍️ What's Nearby Seascape Golf Course, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and a great mix of restaurants and local attractions are all right around the corner. 🚘 Parking During summer season (March 1 – October 31), one parking space is included per condo. Boats, trailers, and oversized vehicles aren't permitted on the property. Need a second spot? There's some public parking nearby, and Geronimo RV Park offers paid overflow parking. In the off-season, additional vehicles are welcome.

1. No parties, no unregistered guests. 2. No local guests– i.e. no rental by people who live in the area. 3. Don’t exceed the guest limit. We’re not licensed for more than the limit, so if you bring extra people, we will have to cancel your stay immediately. 4. No smoking, drugs, or firearms. 5. 10pm - 6am are “quiet hours”. This is a county ordinance. 6. Extended stays over 14 days require a biweekly (every 14 days) light cleaning with a $100 charge. 7. No pets. Service animals (animals trained to perform a specific task related to a disability) are excepted, but must not be left alone in the property. Emotional support animals are not allowed, and Florida doesn’t require us to allow them. Misrepresentation of an animal as a service animal is a misdemeanor. 8. No commercial use without prior approval. 9. The rental includes the following amenities: pool, heated spa, wifi with internet, directv in living room, air conditioning. If one of these is not functioning, a refund is available upon request for 20% of the nightly rate per day that the amenity isn’t functioning. 10. A “starter kit” of household items like toilet paper and soap is supplied, but you’re responsible after that. 11. No mail delivery. DoorDash and other meal deliveries are ok, but we can’t handle USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
