Bedrooms & Bathrooms In the main bedroom there's a King bed. In the second there's a Queen bed. In the third there's a bunk bed with a double on top (one person) and a full on bottom (2 people), plus a "roll-away" (1 person). The main bedroom has a huge ensuite bathroom, with a separate soaking tub and walk in shower. Each bedroom has its own TV with both cable and wifi/smart features, so you can use your Netflix and other services. Everything is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with just a touch of beach fun. Kitchen The huge kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, cookware, serving dishes, and silverware you need to prepare full meals as if you’re at home. The kitchen peninsula has bar seating for four, and the dining table seats six. Living Room and Patio The enormous living room is handsomely decorated, with soft chairs and beautiful, comfortable furniture. The patio has outdoor furniture, and is the perfect place for your morning coffee. Other Amenities Of course the whole condo has wifi and central air conditioning / heat. There’s a washer and dryer in the condo. Pool & Condo Complex Amenities Inside the gated condo complex, you've got a heated pool, and hot tub, and charcoal grills for the exclusive use of condo guests. The parking lot is patrolled by a security guard, for your safety. Beach The beach is right across the street from the condo, maybe a 200 yard walk from the building to the sand. It takes most people about 2 minutes (unless carrying the cooler). In the condo we’ve provided an assortment of beach chairs and other equipment for you to use, but there’s also a beach equipment rental company set up at the beach, if you want the fancier service. Nearby Around the condo you have Seascape Golf Course, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, and lots of restaurants and other attractions. Parking Note In the summer season (March 1 - October 31), there is parking for one vehicle for each condo. The property does not allow boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses. If you need to bring an additional vehicle, there is some public parking, and a local RV park called Geronimo RV Park where you can pay to park additional vehicles. In the winter season, parking is restricted only to guests who are staying at Alerio, but you can bring more than one vehicle.

1. No parties, no unregistered guests. 2. No local guests– i.e. no rental by people who live in the area. 3. Don’t exceed the guest limit. We’re not licensed for more than the limit, so if you bring extra people, we will have to cancel your stay immediately. 4. No smoking, drugs, or firearms. 5. 10pm - 6am are “quiet hours”. This is a county ordinance. 6. Extended stays over 14 days require a biweekly (every 14 days) light cleaning with a $100 charge. 7. No pets. Service animals (animals trained to perform a specific task related to a disability) are excepted, but must not be left alone in the property. Emotional support animals are not allowed, and Florida doesn’t require us to allow them. Misrepresentation of an animal as a service animal is a misdemeanor. 8. No commercial use without prior approval. 9. The rental includes the following amenities: pool, heated spa, wifi with internet, directv in living room, air conditioning. If one of these is not functioning, a refund is available upon request for 20% of the nightly rate per day that the amenity isn’t functioning. 10. A “starter kit” of household items like toilet paper and soap is supplied, but you’re responsible after that. 11. No mail delivery. DoorDash and other meal deliveries are ok, but we can’t handle USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
