In the summer season (March 1 - October 31), there is free parking for 1 vehicle. There is a limit of one parking pass per unit, the parking spots are labeled in accordance with your unit. Please make sure the provided parking pass is clearly displayed as well as completely filled out to avoid any fines from the HOA. The property does not allow boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses. If you need to bring an additional vehicle, there is some public parking, and a local RV park called Geronimo RV Park where you can pay to park additional vehicles. In the winter season, parking is restricted only to guests who are staying at Alerio, but you can bring more than one vehicle.
