Bedrooms & Bathrooms In bedroom one you have a King size bed. In bedroom two you have a bunk bed– double (1 person) over full (2 people). There are two bathrooms, one of them an ensuite for the main bedroom. Each bedroom has its own TV with both cable and wifi/smart features, so you can use your Netflix and other services. Everything is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with just a touch of beach fun. Kitchen The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, cookware, serving dishes, and silverware you need to prepare full meals as if you’re at home. Living Room and Balcony The living room is handsomely decorated, with soft chairs and nice furniture continuing the luxury/beach theme. The couch can fold out into a full size bed if you need room for two more guests. The balcony has outdoor furniture, and is the perfect place for your morning coffee. Other Amenities Of course the whole condo has wifi and central air conditioning / heat. There’s a washer and dryer in the condo. Pool & Condo Complex Amenities Inside the gated condo complex, you've got a heated pool, and hot tub, and charcoal grills for the exclusive use of condo guests. The parking lot is patrolled by a security guard, for your safety. Beach The beach is right across the street from the condo complex, maybe a 300 yard walk from the building to the sand. It takes most people about 3 minutes (unless carrying the cooler). At the beach there’s a company that rents beach chairs and umbrellas, but that’s optional; you can bring your own. We usually have some beach equipment in the condo for you to borrow. Nearby Around the condo you have Seascape Golf Course, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, and lots of restaurants and other attractions. Parking Note In the summer season (March 1 - October 31), there is parking for one vehicle for each condo. The property does not allow boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses. If you need to bring an additional vehicle, there is some public parking, and a local RV park called Geronimo RV Park where you can pay to park additional vehicles. In the winter season, parking is restricted only to guests who are staying at Alerio, but you can bring more than one vehicle.

In the summer season (March 1 - October 31), there is free parking for 1 vehicle. There is a limit of one parking pass per unit, the parking spots are labeled in accordance with your unit. Please make sure the provided parking pass is clearly displayed as well as completely filled out to avoid any fines from the HOA.
